Chapter 01 — Dynamics 365 ERP
Dynamics 365 ERP, Connected to the Business
Your CRM knows what was sold. Your ERP knows what shipped, what was billed, and what was paid. When the two don't talk, someone re-keys orders and finance reconciles by hand. We map the process that crosses both systems, decide which one owns each record, and then build the integration so data moves once, correctly.

02 — Scope
What's in scope
- ERP and CRM integration planning
- Quote-to-cash process mapping
- Procurement and purchasing workflow design
- Front-office and back-office data flow
- Business Central and existing-ERP integration support
- Cross-system reporting requirements and design
Every engagement follows our order of operations: process, data, then automation and AI. See how we work
03 — Outcomes
What changes when it's done right
- Orders flow from CRM to ERP without re-keying.
- Sales sees invoice and payment status without calling finance.
- One report across the front and back office.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do full ERP implementations?
Our focus is making ERP work with the rest of the business: CRM integration, cross-functional processes, data, and reporting. For a full ERP rollout we can work alongside your implementation partner or advise on scope, and we're direct about where we fit.
We already have an ERP. Can you still help?
Yes. If you run Business Central, we work in it directly. If you run another ERP, we connect it to CRM, reporting, and approvals so orders and customer data stop getting re-keyed.
How do you connect Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP?
We use Dataverse, Microsoft's standard connectors, or Azure integration services depending on volume and complexity. We define which system owns customers, products, orders, and invoices so data doesn't conflict.
What happens to our historical data?
We decide together what history the ERP needs for operations and reporting, what can be archived, and how to clean it before migration. Test loads are validated by the people who use the data.
Can you work with our current ERP partner?
Yes. Many clients keep their ERP partner for core finance and bring us in for integration, CRM alignment, or reporting. We coordinate scope clearly so nothing falls between teams.
