Chapter 01 — Power Platform
Power Platform Apps & Automation
Every organization runs on spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and one person who knows how the approval really works. We settle how the process should run, then turn it into Power Apps and Power Automate flows that are documented, governed, and owned by the business, not buried in someone's OneDrive.

02 — Scope
What's in scope
- Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications
- Power Automate workflows, notifications, and approvals
- Replacement of spreadsheet and email-driven handoffs
- Power Pages portals for external experiences
- Dataverse-backed application architecture
- Governance and Center of Excellence setup
Every engagement follows our order of operations: process, data, then automation and AI. See how we work
03 — Outcomes
What changes when it's done right
- Approvals move without chasing people by email.
- Processes survive when the person who built the spreadsheet leaves.
- IT can see every app and flow running in the tenant.

Frequently asked questions
Is Power Platform secure enough for business-critical processes?
Yes, when it's governed. We set up environments, data loss prevention policies, security roles, and ownership so apps and flows are supportable. Most risk comes from ungoverned sprawl, not the platform.
Do we need premium Power Platform licenses?
It depends on what the app connects to. Standard connectors are included with many Microsoft 365 plans, while Dataverse and premium connectors need additional licensing. We design with licensing in mind so there are no surprises at rollout.
How long does a first automation take?
A single approval or request workflow can often be built and tested in a few weeks. The time goes into agreeing on the process and exceptions, which is exactly where it should go.
Our staff already built apps. Will you replace them?
Not by default. We inventory what exists, keep what works, move critical apps into proper environments with clear owners, and retire what nobody uses.
Can Power Platform connect to our other systems?
Usually. Power Platform has connectors for Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, many common business applications, and custom APIs. If a system has no connector, we look at an API, a data gateway, or Azure integration.
